Converter Card TZ801B for Mitsubishi CR1D Controller
The TZ801B is the converter card for the Mitsubishi CR1D controller. It converts the incoming AC mains voltage into the stabilized DC link voltage required for operating the servo amplifiers. The TZ801B integrates the rectifier, DC link capacitors and the brake chopper logic. A failure typically leads to an immediate shutdown of the controller with a power fault alarm.

Availability
This controller generation is no longer produced. Original spare parts are hardly available anywhere in the world. The CR1D is the TZ variant of the older CR1 controller – the TZ801B is not compatible with RZ converter cards.
