Converter Card RZ807 for Mitsubishi CR2B Controller
The RZ807 is the converter card in the Mitsubishi CR2B controller. As the central power supply unit, it converts the three-phase mains voltage into the DC link voltage for the servo amplifiers. Compared with older converter cards of the CR1 generation, the RZ807 offers improved efficiency and more robust protective circuitry. Typical causes of failure are aged electrolytic capacitors or defective power semiconductors.
