Mitsubishi RV-3SDB 6-Axis Robot with CR1D Controller – Overhauled and Ready to Run
The Mitsubishi RV-3SDB is a compact and reliable 6-axis industrial robot that has proven itself many times in practice. Together with the CR1D controller, this system offers a solid basis for assembly, handling and inspection tasks in industrial manufacturing.

This robot has undergone a complete ROBTEC retrofit: fully dismantled, all gearboxes, bearings and seals cleaned, inspected and rebuilt to the manufacturer’s specification. Condition and scope of delivery
The system has been completely overhauled and is fully functional. The following work has been carried out:
- Harmonic Drive (gearbox) renewed
- All axes inspected and adjusted
Note: axis J2 has slight bearing play. This does not impair its function – the robot can continue to work reliably for years.
On request, we offer professional training or on-site commissioning.
