The Converter Card TZ803A is available from ROBTEC as an original spare part, ex stock.
The TZ803A is the converter module (assembly) in the Mitsubishi CR2D controller. This card handles the rectification and conditioning of the mains voltage for the DC link bus that feeds the servo amplifiers. In addition, it controls the energy recovery circuit during regenerative braking and protects the system against overvoltage. Without a functioning converter, power operation of the robot is not possible.

Availability
This controller generation is no longer produced. Original spare parts are hardly available anywhere in the world. Due to the high power load, converter cards are subject to increased wear, especially the electrolytic capacitors in the DC link.
