Function in the parallel-arm system
Timing belts transmit the rotary motion of the servo motors to the robot’s axes. In the parallel-arm design of the RP-5AH, several belts are installed, each transmitting specific movements. The R Arm No.1 belt is responsible for the primary drive transmission on the right arm. If wear is visible or positioning accuracy declines, a replacement should be carried out.
