This original timing belt J4 Above for the Mitsubishi RH-6SH55 is the matching wear part for the upper belt area of the fourth axis of your SCARA robot with 6 kg payload. The timing belt ensures the exact transmission of the rotary motion to the tool flange.
J4 axis: two timing belts, one function
The J4 axis of the RH-6SH55 uses two timing belts – “Above” and “Below” – which together transmit the rotary motion of the servo motor to the axis. As wear parts, timing belts must be inspected regularly and replaced promptly when worn. We recommend changing both J4 belts at the same time to ensure uniform performance.
