This robot has undergone a complete ROBTEC retrofit: fully dismantled, all gearboxes, bearings and seals cleaned, inspected and rebuilt to the manufacturer’s specification. Condition and scope of delivery
Despite its year of manufacture 2010, this system is in like-new condition. Robot arm and controller are fully functional and have been inspected by our technicians. On request, we offer professional training or on-site commissioning.

The SDL variant of the RV-12S was developed specifically for applications that require an extended working range. With 1,385 mm reach and 12 kg payload, the RV-12SDL is ideally suited to palletizing, machine loading, welding and material handling. Protection rating IP54/IP65 makes it reliable to use even in demanding production environments with dust, moisture or coolants.
Programming and integration
The CR2D controller supports the proven MELFA-BASIC programming and can be integrated into existing plant controls via serial interfaces and Ethernet. Thanks to its 6-axis kinematics, the RV-12SDL reaches practically any point in the workspace and can be adapted flexibly to changing production requirements.
