The cross roller bearing Harmonic Drive RV-2AJ for the wrist axes J4, J5 and J6 is a complete set of cross roller bearings and Harmonic Drive gearboxes for the Mitsubishi industrial robots RV-1A J4 J5 J6 and RV-2AJ. This set complements the main axes set (J1/J2/J3) and enables the complete mechanical overhaul of all six robot axes. Due to their high dynamics and constant changes in orientation, the wrist axes are particularly susceptible to wear.

Advantages of the complete wrist axis set
The wrist axes J4, J5 and J6 of the Mitsubishi RV-1A and RV-2AJ robots are responsible for the exact orientation of the tool. They are actuated during every robot movement and are therefore subject to high wear. Over the years of operation, the Harmonic Drives in these axes lose their backlash-free behavior, which has a direct effect on TCP accuracy. Replacing all wrist axis bearings and gearboxes at the same time ensures that the entire wrist unit once again achieves factory-new precision. In combination with the main axes set (ID 8013), a complete robot overhaul is possible.
