The cross roller bearing Harmonic Drive RV-1A is a complete set consisting of cross roller bearings and Harmonic Drive gearboxes for the main axes J1, J2 and J3 of the Mitsubishi robots RV-1A and RV-2AJ J1 J2 J3. This package combines the two most important mechanical components of the main axes in one offer and enables an economical complete overhaul. The cross roller bearing and Harmonic Drive are closely coupled mechanically – replacing them at the same time is advisable from a technical point of view.

Why a complete set?
In a robot overhaul, experience shows that cross roller bearings and Harmonic Drives have a similar degree of wear in most cases. Replacing individual components separately causes double disassembly and calibration effort. With this complete set for axes J1, J2 and J3, all three main axes can be overhauled in one maintenance cycle. This saves downtime and installation costs. The Harmonic Drives are backlash-free and, together with the new cross roller bearings, provide factory-new positioning accuracy.

Mitsubishi has discontinued this series – now only available in limited quantities worldwide. Complete sets are particularly rare – take the opportunity to stockpile. Sold without warranty.
